這首歌是洛基6的主題曲，聽起來很熱血。好幾次跑著跑著，就隨著這首歌的節奏開始出拳，直拳，左勾拳，右勾拳，上勾拳。尤其歌曲結束前，加入洛基3主題曲“Eyes of the Tiger”的節奏，招招都是重拳，非常爽。LSD跑到靈魂出竅時，這首歌會讓你回到人間。
由於是幫派嘻哈的音樂，歌詞中俚語非常多， 例如paper是錢的意思。
歌詞原文也模仿黑人的口音，比方說：
“We gon hit em wit da left, hit em wit da right”
比較正規的英文，應該說：
“We’re gonna hit them with the left, hit them with the right”
（雖然gonna也屬於口語的字，不適合正式的書寫）
